Rinpung Dzong
Rinpung Dzong is a fortress monastery featuring beautiful architecture and beautifully maintained courtyards. It serves as the administrative and religious center of Paro. The site offers a great view of Bhutanese culture and history.
Kyichu Lhakhang
Kyichu Lhakhang is one of the oldest and most

Birds Eye View Point
This viewpoint has a stunning panoramic view of the Paro Valley and the Paro International Airport. It is located just a 10-minute drive from the airport. The site is a great vantage point for photography and sightseeing.

Tiger's Nest Hike
The hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery, also known as Paro Taktsang, is a moderately challenging trek that takes about 4-5 hours round trip. The trail ascends through pine forests and passes a series of viewpoints offering spectacular views of the monastery perched on a cliffside.
Chele La Pass to Kila Nunnery Hike
This hike starts at Chele La Pass, and descends through rhododendron and hemlock forests to Kila Nunnery. The trail offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, making it a scenic and serene trek.
Druk Path Trek
The Druk Path Trek is a popular multi-day hike connecting Paro and Thimphu. It traverses beautiful landscapes including alpine forests, high-altitude lakes, and remote villages. The trek typically takes 5-6 days and is known for its stunning views and cultural experiences.
Jela Dzong Hike
This one-day trek leads to Jela Dzong, an ancient fortress situated on a ridge. The hike offers scenic views of the Paro Valley and the

Bumdra Hike
The Bumdra Hike involves a steep ascent to the
Bumdra Monastery. The trek provides panoramic views of the Himalayan range and includes an overnight stay at a campsite near the monastery.
Hike to DraKarpo
The trail leads to the Drakarpo Monastery, a sacred site where Guru Rinpoche is said to have meditated. Along the way, hikers can explore a cave where it is believed that passing through a narrow hole between rocks helps to assess one’s piety. The route is popular among pilgrims who perform 108 circumambulations around the hill to cleanse themselves of sins.
